I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice with a cute balcony, but lacking chairs and privacy due to a semi-transparent glass screen dividing them. Waiting past check-in time left me feeling a bit tired, but the location by the river Cam was beautiful and perfect for relaxation. The service seemed to struggle at times but was redeemed by a very welcoming concierge who helped secure hard-to-get reservations on a busy weekend.
